Please use the portal below to search availability and book our meeting rooms. When searching, the portal will suggest different meeting times if what you have requested is unavailable. Double check these times before completing a room request. Be mindful to read the Meeting Room Policy before completing your booking. 

Meeting rooms are for use by organizations. Personal and small group activities may be conducted in our study rooms and open space. Study rooms are not bookable and are first come first serve. Patrons may have up to 2 meeting room bookings within the 90 day booking window. Staff will review your request within 5 business days and reply with a confirmation or denial of the request.
